350 startups participated in sTARTUp Day 2025 – that’s quite the number! Of them, 25.6% were international, with our reach spanning from the US to Japan. What badasses! And what an honor to welcome startups travelling 20+ hours to Tartu.
The most popular industries include SaaS (48%), DeepTech (19.5%), CleanTech (14.4%) and hardware (22.7%). The fastest growing sectors were DefenceTech, Energy, HealthTech and hardware.

sTARTUp Pitching is the official pitching competition of sTARTUp Day. In 2025, we have out up to €450k in investments, €10k equity free cash, free legal support and cloud services for a total prize pool of over €660k!
