sTARTUp Day and all side events affiliated with us are organized as inclusive and diverse events. We expect all attendees, staff, partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders to adhere to this Code of Conduct. 
All sTARTUp Day events are open for everyone and we are committed to providing a safe space. We do not tolerate any disrespectful behavior or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disabilities, looks, ethnicity, and any other aspects that make people the wonderful humans they are.

Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but aren’t limited to:
Ϟ Less-than-positive comments on any of the aforementioned topics
Ϟ Physical or verbal harassment
Ϟ Use of sexualized language and images as well as non-consensual advances
Ϟ Deliberate interruption of talks, seminars, meetings, etc.
Ϟ Any illegal activities
Ϟ Encouraging any of the behaviors above

If you experience or witness any unfavorable behavior, please turn to our information stand, contact security, or get in touch with our team. People who do not act in accordance with this Code of Conduct will be escorted off the property and won’t be welcome at future events. If necessary, further action will be taken.
