sTARTUp Day 2025 Survival Guide
sTARTUp Day 2025 is just around the corner! Are you ready to experience the most startup-minded business festival of the year? To help you make the most of the event, we've put together this Survival Guide, covering everything from practical tips to recommendations on what to do after the festival.
sTARTUp Day will take place on January 29–31, 2025, at the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club (Ujula 4).

The event is co-organized by the City of Tartu, the University of Tartu, Tartu Science Park, Tartu Biotechnology Park, Tartu Business Advisory Services, Tartu Centre for Creative Industries, and Swedbank. The international activities of sTARTUp Day 2025, introducing Tartu and Estonia as attractive tourism destinations for business and networking, are supported by the European Regional Development Fund (30,000 euros for 1 event).
1. Pick Up Your Badge & Wristband Early
Your festival badge grants you access to sTARTUp Day 2025 events and side events. Before picking up your badge, make sure you have completed the ticket registration form.You can collect your badge at the following locations on the 29th of January:

- Executive Day – Vilde ja Vine
- VIP Reception - Vilde ja Vine (for investors, executives, and speakers)
- Main Badge Pickup Point is the University of Tartu Academic Sports Club (Ujula 4)
